When The Susan and Moe Team hired Marketing Breakthroughs to help them market the $2.69 Million, 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom Greystone Estate in Beckwith, Ontario, Marketing Breakthroughs knew we had an exciting opportunity to set the new standard for marketing luxury properties in Ottawa.

More than a home, Greystone is a lifestyle and Marketing Breakthroughs was asked to capture that lifestyle. Marketing Breakthroughs organized a custom photo and video shoot at the 7,000 square foot palatial estate built on 39+ acres, just twenty minutes outside of Kanata and 45 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Marketing Breakthroughs’ Art Director Martin Caton set the plan in motion and prepared storyboards for the video and editing work to be done. A video rail, professional lighting, and wide angle lenses were used to capture the drama and romance of Greystone’s major selling points.

A spacious grand hall, 2-storey wood burning fireplace, stunning kitchen, loft-style games room, indoor hot tub and a well-appointed two-bedroom apartment with private entrance all required sweeping camera shots. The property’s natural lighting was captured through gorgeous picture windows and custom stained glass treatments.

Outside, the painted horse paddocks and state-of-the-art stable, equestrian sand ring, saltwater pool and separate luxury garage with 5 bay doors all were showcased. The gated property’s natural beauty and sense of adventure with hiking, off-roading, cross country skiing trails through forests and meadows, were also captured on land, and in the air by drone.

With the photo and video shoots complete, Caton oversaw the editing of the video in-house at Marketing Breakthroughs’ studio. Marketing Breakthroughs is very proud of the final cut which is two minutes, fifty-five seconds. The video has helped establish and position The Susan and Moe Team in Ottawa’s luxury property market.
